Awkward. Tuesdays

So of course we'll leave you off with the season premier of MTV's Awkward but there are some other quirky girls making a splash on Tuesdays!!

 On this weeks episode of New Girls , Nick and Winston reveal to Jess that throughout the years Nick has been pretending to be Michael Keaton, in order to cheer up Schmidt, and what do ya know it's worked!
 
The problem with that is that Nick is tired of lying to Schmidt and refuses to use Keaton to cheer him up! But honestly who wouldn't get cheered up by the old Batman playing Keaton!?
Long story short the day ends up in a catastrophe that involves Jess in the middle of all of it!

 

 Typical Jess has a brilliant idea!

 

 Nope turns out Jess decides to pretend to be Michael Keaton

 

In a natural fashion Schmidt finds out and decides to seek vengeance

 Leading Schmidt to get attacked by raging Halloweeners!!

Jkkkkkkk....but in all seriousness my job here today isn't to recap, if you want a recap just watch the damn episode...Today's moral of the story is the girls who make every girl watching feel better about their lives. 

 Next on our list our PHD friend Mindy!!
On this week's Mindy Project, Mindy has to try to stop being self-centered which basically defeats the purpose of her being but whatever..moving on!

The episode starts off well...oh fuck it! I just want to talk about the game they were playing!!

Unfortunately fun is cut short when she realizes the "new guy" is stealing her friends

 

Danny convinces her that she will win him over is she just warms up to him!

But of course this fails leaving her determined to win him over, so she decides to go see Peter fight his first MMA match

 

  In a lousy attempt to fit in with the "dudes" Mindy tells Peter his ex is engaged, leaving Peter acting like a pathetic puppy who just lost it's bone. Mindy you better fix this mess!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meanwhile can we talk about what these cameos was all about!?

 

 

 Any who long story short she redeems herself by having Peter snap out of it leaving him not killed but only half injured...YEYYYY

What girl can possibly top these two? Well of course our friend Jenna!

 Now honestly after everything Jenna has been through she finally got Matty! LUCKY BITCH

But of course, she can't just be happy she has to want more!! Part 1 of Season 3 leaves off with Jenna cheating and well Season 3 jumps right back into it. Ungrateful bitch, totally on Team Matty with this one, sorry Jenna!
 












SPOILER ALERT:
Now please believe me when I say I don't think that the season finale of True Blood even tops this (and I mean Eric was naked) but seriously you've done it. Just when we though this episode was just gonna drag on you really kicked us in the stomach!

 If you haven't realized it yet this part 2 of this season is really going down a dark path

And just when we think Jenna has got it all figured out...well we'll just have to wait and see

Because at the end of the day who's going to make us feel good about our mixed up lives...
